We rescued Leo from a high kill shelter on the day he was to be euthanized. Most city and county shelters in Los Angeles are euthanizing animals within a matter of days because there are so many of them and they do not have the space to have them we couldn't understand how this little boy who is only 1 1/2 years old weighing 17 pounds, could lose his life, we were fortunate that Leo's life was just as important to our Foster friends in Lakewood, CA who kindly stepped up to care for Leo while we find the perfect furever home for him! Leo is good with other dogs, walks on leash, is up to date on vaccinations and is neutered. He is also microchipped. He's 17 pds and likes to cuddle. Leo comes with one week of free professional dog training with our partners at Good Pup. Leo comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. This benefit includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers/behaviorists, as well as access to online materials that will help you settle your new family member into your home. You can text unlimited questions to Petcademy, and they'll respond within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
