My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Coconut is a 1 year old shih tzu who came from an Amish Puppy Mill with his 3 brothers in bad shape as you can see from some of the before photos they were matted down to their skin and caked in feces and urine. Coconut and all his brothers will need a lot of work, patience and training for socialization.

A note from Coconut’s foster -“ Coco is a little mischief usually puppy stuff but is more out going than his brother and gets along with everyone”

If you choose to adopt coconut or any of his brothers we will require you to work with a trainer to help the transition for Coconut into your home. We can provide the name of a trainer that we work with in Chester County who has experience with unsocialized and fearful dogs or if you are not local we will require you to research a trainer in your area that has experience with Training unsocialized dogs.
