Here's what the humans have to say about me:
EVA IS LOOKING FOR HER PERFECT HOME!
Eva came to us recently from a high kill shelter in CA. She's just a pup...no more than 2. She's also a little peanut of about 60 lbs.
Eva is SUPER friendly and loves people. She is going to need a little manners training...it is clear she hasn't had any. She needs a little leash work, and to learn not to jump on people to say HI HI HI! She's active and energetic and likes to play. She is very good with other dogs! We expect she would be fine with kids.
Eva is going to need an active home who can handle a GSD youngster's energy level. She's a sweet girl and will make a great companion.
If you are a loving home and would like to open your home and heart to one of our dogs, please fill out our online application to get the approval process started. We will not schedule meet and greets without an approved app on file. Here’s the link: www.miraclegsdmaine.org
PLEASE NOTE that we will call your vet to ensure all current and prior dogs have been kept up to date on rabies and distemper at a minimum as well as annual heartworm test and a minimum of 6 mos heartworm preventative purchased per year. Any current pets must be spayed/neutered.

Fees will vary....but average adoption fee will be about $350-$400 for an adult dog, which will be spay/neutered, UTD on all vacs and HW prevent.
We will require the application on our website to be filled out, and will do a complete check, including veterinary history and home visit (if they pass our approval process). Application must be approved prior to any meet & greet being scheduled. Contracts will include clauses regarding the mandatory care for the dog, as well as clauses requiring the dog to be returned to the rescue if for any reason they are unable to keep it.
