My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Prepare to meet Clark, the expert in feline camouflage. This little guy is a self-proclaimed introverted cat, with a knack for disappearing when you least expect it, but don't let his initial shyness fool you. Once you gain his trust you can expect an overload of snuggles and purrs. He is cat-friendly and appreciates being allowed to approach new things on his own terms. Plant a seed of friendship with Clark and watch him bloom into a beautiful flower-the wait is worth it!

More about this shelter

CCA was founded in 1980 by a small group of individuals dedicated to helping animals. Since then, our group has grown to include a small shelter. Our group's mission is varied: to maintain a shelter for abandoned, sick or injured animals; to adopt out dogs and cats to loving permanent homes; to provide for their animals low-cost spay/neuter assistance to families who lack the means to pay; and to strive to prevent and to stop abuse and/or neglect of an animal.

We are always in need of volunteers! If you are interested in becoming a part of our group, please let us know by calling 864.243.4222. We'd be glad to have you on board!
