Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there, I'm Duke, the doodle-dude. I have a unique look among my siblings - they got the curly fur, but I only have some waves near my tail. They also got adopted already, but I'm still waiting for my forever home. Do you want to be my family? I hope you like to have fun, because I love to run, walk and play fetch. I also hope you have another dog at home, because I really enjoy having a furry friend to keep me company and play with. I'm almost one year old and I can't wait to celebrate with my new pack. Will you make my wish come true?
Duke is a wonderful doodle boy who loves to cuddle and play. He and his brother, Sparky, were rescued from a cruel breeder in Louisiana who only cared about money. They were dumped at a shelter when they grew too big to sell, but luckily our Louisiana partner saved them in the nick of time.
~ Duke has a gorgeous wavy coat that makes him look handsome and charming.
~ He is about 67 pounds, but he could use some extra treats to fill out his frame.
~ He has long legs that are perfect for running
~ He is living with a kind foster family who has another dog named Lamar and a cat who knows how to handle dogs.
What would make Duke the happiest boy ever:
~ Another dog buddy would make him very happy.
~ A family with kids who to play and cuddle with
