My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful Shepherd mix dog is named Ursula. We believe that she is mixed with Queensland Heeler. Ursula was scheduled to be euthanized at the San Bernardino City Animal Shelter. Fortunately, we were able to save her life! Ursula is approx. 2 years old. She is dog friendly and that includes small and large dogs. Ursula loves everyone she meets. She is currently in foster care located in Riverside, CA.
Ursula has a lot of love to give to her human partner who adopts her. Ursula loves toys and we will be giving her adopter toys to take home with her. She is dewormed, spayed, fully vaccinated and micro-chipped. Ursula is also kennel/ crate trained. You can text to 951-892-5827.
If you would like to adopt Ursula, please go to www.2cruerescue.com and click on the ADOPTION APPLICATION tab and submit. Once we receive your application, we will contact you.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to rescue death-row dogs in Southern California. Our specific goal is to eliminate the unnecessary euthanasia of adoptable animals. Innocent dogs that are clearly adoptable animals are killed daily solely due to overcrowding caused by the unfortunate realities of pet overpopulation.

2 Crue Rescue will provide foster homes for these dogs until their forever families can be found.

We provide veterinary care to all of our rescued dogs. This includes all vaccinations, spay or neuter and micro-chipped. Sometimes more extensive care is needed such as surgery for broken bones or treatment for skin conditions as a result of human abuse or neglect. The cost of this care can be expensive and is covered through our modest adoption fees, fundraising and donations.

We are dedicated to rescuing dogs left homeless without regard to age or breed. We are their voice and we will continue to save lives. Every dog deserves a second chance. When you adopt a rescue dog, you are saving a life and making a difference.
