Howdy, friends! I’m Buck, an 11-year-old pup with a lifetime of love saved up just for you. I`ve been waitin` a good while here at the shelter, but I still have high hopes that my forever person is out there, ready to give me the retirement I’ve been dreaming of.
You see, I’m a pro at the finer things in life—like soaking up the sunshine, takin’ leisurely strolls, and napping (with a bit of snorin’ included at no extra cost). I’ve got my house manners down to an art, too. I’ll fit right in and be the best snuggle buddy you could hope for.
My favorite thing in the world is meeting new people, especially when they’re as ready for a little slow-paced companionship as I am. I’ve been blessed with an Adoption Angel, so my adoption fee is all covered—just waitin’ on you to bring me home. Come on down, meet me, and let’s make these golden years my best yet!

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon until 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilco.org.
