•Would you say this animal is vocal, quiet or somewhere in between? HE IS MOSTY QUIET BUT VERY DEMANING TO HAVE WATER FLOWING SLIGHTLY IN BATHROOM SINK. NOW HE WANTS YOU TO STAY THERE AND PET HIM WHILE HE IS DRINKING • Was this animal around KIDS (if so, please describe their reaction): HE IS AROUND TEENAGERS AND DOES GREAT MAKING HIS ROYAL ROUNDS FOR HIS ATTENTION •Was this animal around CATS (if so, please describe their reaction): AT FIRST HE DIDN`T LIKE IT BUT NOW HE TOLERATES THEM WELL AND HAS STARTED PLAYING WITH ONE OF THEM AND LAYING ON BED NEAR THEM. BEFORE I MENTIONED HE WOULD BE BETTER AS ONLY CAT. BUT NOW I THINK HE HAS PROGRESSED POSITIVELY WITH IT. HE IS SLOW TO ACCEPT AND HE ALSO WASN`T FEELING WELL WHICH MAY HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO GRUMPINESS TOWARD THEM. •Was this animal around DOGS (if so, please describe their reaction): YES. HE PRETTY MUCH IGNORES THE DOG BUT USED TO SMACK DOG AND HIS. NOW THAT HE IS FEELING BETTER, HE DOESN`T DO THAT ANYMORE. •How would you describe your home environment (calm, busy, chaotic, etc) CALM MOSTLY BUT MY SON HAS NEW PUPPY AND CAN BE BUSY WHE SHE IS HERE. •Does s/he have any behavioral issues that you are aware of? HE HAS ANXIETY ALMOST EVERY TIME HE HAS TO GO IN CAR. HE ALSO ONLY EATS DRY FOOD AND IT MUST BE IN A WIDE DISH SO HIS WHISKERS DON’T TOUCH THE SIDES. SAME WITH WATER, ALTHOUGH HE PREFERS IT COMING FROM SINK. •Is s/he fearful of any objects, situations, or people? (if so, describe) CAR RIDES AND CRATE. I THINK HE HAS ABANDONMENT ANXIETY •When left alone, where does s/he sleep? HE SLEEPS WHEREVER HE WANTS. HE LIKES TO SLEEP NEXT TO BATHROOM SINK, ON FLOOR. HE WILL LAY ON BED FOR FEW MINUTES WITH ME. •Is this animal house-trained or litter box trained? YES •What toys, if any, does your foster enjoy playing with? BALLS, MOUSE, FEATHER TOYS
•What words and qualities best describe your foster (friendly, reserved, cuddly, couch potato, etc)? JARA IS A DIVA. HE LIKES IT HIS WAY AND DEMANDS HIS ATTENTION WHEN HE WANTS IT. HE LIKES TO LAY NEXT TO ME ON COUCH FOR LOVINS BUT AFTER A FEW MINUTES, HE MOVES. HE LOVES GENTLE EAR RUBS ESPECIALLY ON INSIDE OF EAR. HE LIKES TO BE PETTED BUT IS LEERY BECAUSE HE EQUATES BEING HELD TO GETTING MEDICINE. SO WE PICK HIM UP OFTEN SO HE KNOWS IT IS NOT ALEAYS FOR MEDICINE. •Do you have any funny stories or other information you would like to share about your foster? HE WILL RIP OPEN BAG OF FOOD IF IT IS WITHIN HIS R
