Declan is a 4-month-old kitten rescued with his siblings and mom from a parking lot in a medical complex in Lake Success NY where they were scrounging around garbage dumpsters looking for food.

He is sweet, gentle, and playful. Declan is fixed, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FELV, and microchipped.
