My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gus is a charming 1-year-old male Terrier mix with a striking appearance-his all-white coat is complimented with a large black patch covering half of his face. Full of energy and sweetness, Gus thrives in an active environment where he can receive ample mental and physical stimulation. While he would do best in a home without cats or small animals, Gus gets along well with dogs, particularly those bigger than himself. He is looking for a dedicated and active family who can provide him with the time and engagement he needs to flourish. If you're seeking a lively and loving companion, Gus might be the perfect addition to your home!

Stop in and meet Gus in person during our adoption hours. For more information, email info@ahconnects.org or call us at 847-697-2880 x: 0, and the staff will be happy to help you.

Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.
