Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This cutie is Frankie!
Frankie is a 5 year old chihuahua weighing in at around ten pounds. Frankie entered CRT along with his four fur siblings when his previous owner lost her home and sadly was unable to care for them any longer.
Frankie is a little shy of new people at first, but it doesn’t take him long to warm up. He is playful. Frankie enjoys neck scratches and belly rubs. He walks perfectly on a leash and loves going for long walks. He also gets along very well with other dogs and would be ecstatic to have a canine playmate to wrestle with at his new home. When he’s not playing or going for walks, he enjoys spending his days lazing around the house in sun spots or stretched out on the sofa.
Frankie is house trained and crate trained. While a fenced yard is not a hard requirement for Frankie, he does love running around and doing zoomies. His foster mother believes that he could go to a home that doesn’t have a yard provided that he gets frequent walks. He sleeps all night in the bed with his foster mother and wakes up in the morning ready to start his day. While he is mostly quiet, he will bark if he sees someone or something outside.
He is neutered, UTD on vaccines, HW Negative and on HW preventative.
Frankie’s adoption donation is $300.00.
If you are interested in the above dog, please do not email us and tell us that you are interested, but submit an adoption application. The link for the application is below.
To submit an application go here……chihuahua-rescue.com/adoption-application/
An application must be submitted and approved before a meet-n-greet can be scheduled.
Your current dogs/cats must be spayed or neutered unless a veterinarian has determined that your current pet(s) should not be fixed due to medical reasons. They must also be up-to-date on shots and on HW preventative.
Reference checks and a home visit are required so SE dogs can only be adopted in NC/SC, VA, TN, AL, GA, and MD.
