My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luna is an adorable 2-year-old tan mixed-breed girl with a heartwarming smile that can brighten anyone's day. Luna is a bundle of joy and happiness who absolutely adores people of all ages.  Everyone who walks through the door is greeted with her favorite bone and her trademark supersonic butt wiggle.  She enjoys romping in the yard, lounging on the patio, walking in the woods or watching tv on the couch.  A perfect day for Luna would include hanging out in the yard, snoozing by the fireplace or gnawing on rubber bones.  Although she loves having people around, she is fine left alone for the workday.  Luna is fully housebroken, crate trained and does well on a leash.  Luna isn’t comfortable around other dogs and would definitely prefer being the only pet in the house.

Luna is currently in Foster! To get to know Luna better, set up a meet and greet session at Darbster Doggy, where you can bond with this lovable companion. Don't miss the chance to meet Luna and discover the joy she brings into your life! Email frontdesk@darbster.com to set up a meeting!

More about this shelter

At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
