Velvet is playful, sweet kitty who adores humans and would be great for a first time cat parent. She thinks she's a puppy, follows you around and wants to be near you, rubbing up against your leg to show you her love.

Even though she enjoys your company, she isn't needy and is also comfortable tucking in her arms and settling down quietly on the cat tree. But the second you pull out the wand toy, she is ready for action! She is ridiculously smart and loves to play so much, she remembers where you hide the wand toy and figures out how to open the cabinet. (She would absolutely love clicker training!)

Velvet loves to look out the window, curiously peering here and there to follow the action. Velvet comes to you and rubs her head on your hand when you snap your fingers. She loves cheeks rubs.

She is great with everyone and warms up quickly to strangers, enjoying the attention and pets. She likes to be where the action is. Set up a game or a puzzle on the floor and Velvet comes right over to join the fun while you play!

Velvet is a really easy going cat who wants to be your only kitty so that she can shower you with all of her love!
