My story

Sometimes things happen by “Chance”. After our heartbreak this morning with our kitten who was hit by car we just wanted a happy story. While taking a DIFFERENT kitty who was found on 12th street hit by a car (already deceased) to Erie Humane Society we think fate crossed our paths with this guy. As we were getting ready to bring our other kitty around to the back to check for a chip and cremation we overheard a kitty who might need some help. The couple has been calling around but unfortunately, all shelters are too full to take in right now. They just so happened to have him with them and I heard his crying through the box. While listening I couldn’t help but think somehow we were meant to be here at this very moment.
Well, meet Chance. By Chance, we met and changed his story. He is an unneutered male (big surprise look at those CHEEKS) and FIV+ (again big surprise big Tom boy). He is just pure sweetness. Purring and rubbing his ginormous head on anything he can.
Are we a shelter? No. But sometimes these babies just need to be saved. Chance, your days of flirting with the ladies and fighting with the boys are over!
