My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Penelope is a spunky little girl. She was born in the streets of San Antonio. Her mom belongs to a homeless person. One of our rescue angels came across her and her brother. They were the only two survivors in the litter. The homeless person agreed to surrender the babies in hopes of them finding a better life. We are here to make sure that happens for them. Penelope is about 8 weeks old. She has been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped. She is currently living in a foster home with other dogs and cats as well. She is ready to start her new life with a family that will love her forever! If you think you are that family let us know.
