IN Godwin, NC - AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION Australian Shepherds Furever Rescue Mia is about 18 mo - 2 years old and an Australian Shepard or English Shepard mix. 2 vets mentioned the English Sheperd, so who knows? What we do know is that she is perfect. Absolutely perfect. She loves everyone she meets including all kinds of dogs and children. She is perfect in her crate all night and when I'm away. She loves hanging out in the backyard with her friends and does not challenge the fence.

She hasn't had much practice walking on leash, but tries hard to be polite. She likes to play fetch and loves belly rubs more than anything. She would do well with a family with polite kids over 5. She would love a doggie friend too, but might thrive and really bind with an active single person. Please come and meet Mia before her foster home gets any more attached to her! There is an additional $20 microchip fee which includes registration and transfer to her new family. All adoption fees are used for future rescue efforts.
