Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Archie is a darling terrier who's about 2 years old and weighs 15 pounds. This poor guy was thrown out of a car in the middle of the street! Thank goodness the car behind was able to stop and get Archie before he was hit. Naturally poor Archie was traumatized, very withdrawn, and skittish the first few days with us. However, after a few days of lots of love and TLC he warmed up and started trusting again. Archie is very affectionate and is turning into a total cuddle bug!
He's still initially shy with strangers but that will pass as he continues to regain his confidence. He's extremely loving and playful with his trusted humans and LOVES other dogs. He plays beautifully with his four-legged roomies and it's important that he goes to a home with another playful young dog. Archie walks on a leash however he gets a little nervous, understandably so. But he loves romping around in the yard with the other pups in his foster home.
If you are interested in meeting and possibly adopting Archie, the first step is to submit an adoption application. Please go to our website www.k9bestfriendsforever.com and click on "Adopt" which will take you to our online application form.
