My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harley is the perfect VELCRO dog! He is eleven years old - neutered - super friendly. We rescued him from a shelter in Pennsylvania about 3 years ago. The reason we need to rehome is that he requires "his person(s)" to be with him 95% of the time! My husband and I both work so we are not with him at all times. If he is with you - meaning he can see you and sit with you if you sit down - he is 100% a doggy door loving potty outside dog. But if you leave him alone - he will pee on something out of frustration or anxiety? We have had tests done and there is nothing wrong medically with him - no infections, blockages, etc. Just "behavioral" per the vet as he needs his "people" close. We have tried to break this habit to no avail. He deserves the best life so we would love to find a home that has someone home all the time to spoil him and let him love on you! His favorite place to be is in the chair/couch with you - not in your lap but beside you! Weighs about twelve lbs.
