Meet JO! 💙 💚 ⭐️ 💙💚 🌟
We’d love to reintroduce you to one of our adoptable rockstars, Jo 🐾 Jo was abandoned in someone’s yard, suffering with a prolapsed anus. After multiple vet appts & his colonoscopy, a new prescription food was trialed and sweet Jo is feelin’ healthy, happy, and sooo ready to find his furever!!
Jo is nicknamed the Gentle Giant @ 45lbs and 6 months old- he’s growing like a lean green bean! If Jo’s foster parents could describe him in 3 words, affectionate, curious, and intelligent are top of the list 💫
Jo would love a family to chase fall leaves 🍁 with and continue to build his confidence and training. Jo is very food-driven and attentive with a strong sense of smell 👃🏻 and overall sense of joy and wonder in the world🥺 He is one HAPPY dog! While he’s been fostered, Jo has had sleepovers, play dates, and outings with many dogs - where he earned his fitting rock star nickname 💪
Jo is sweet right away, but once you spend time together, you’re rewarded with the worlds Softest kisses.💋 He makes lots of sweet puppy grunts, groans, and sighs as he settles in after a good play session or walk. He is expressive and endearing 💞
Jo is 100% house trained and has been great w/ crate training- he sleeps through the night in his crate, and he also likes to sleep on his dog bed 💤 Jo is curious about water, smells, crickets, people, other dogs, and what the “pack” is doing. He loves other dogs, & is VERY playful. Jo would thrive with another energetic doggy friend in his future home! Otherwise, he’d make an excellent running buddy, adventure mate, hiking partner 🥾, or family companion.
Jo is neutered, microchipped, & up to date on shots. His adoption fee is $350 to help cover his vetting 🐾 this sweetpea will need to continue his prescription diet with a family that is mindful of his digestive issues!
