Sammy sweetheart is our gentle, sweet, boy who is ready to give his forever family unconditional love. He is great on leash, he is always walking with a loose leash and checks in with his foster mom often. He is a smart boy and already knows the commands sit, down and drop it...he is working on his stay command. This boy loves his food so training him should be no problem, his foster family uses his kibble as treats during the day for training.

Sammy is very gentle and loves to cuddle with all the children he has met while in foster care. His foster family thinks he would do well in a home with children. He has done very well meeting dogs on walks and on play dates. Once he meets them and is comfortable, he just wants to play. He would do well in a home with another playful dog or puppy. He has met his foster cat sibling and seems very curious about them. He would do well living with a dog savvy cat but can be easily directed if needed.

Being a puppy, it is recommended that Sammy continues to get a lot of mental and physical stimulation to burn his energy. He is housebroken and crate trained. His favourite hobby is playing in water or going for car rides with his humans.
