Introducing Casper! He is as sweet as can be! When you meet him, you won't even realize that he's blind and deaf—he's the most lovable guy! Casper quickly learns his surroundings and is housetrained, though he might occasionally have an accident if he gets too excited and runs in the wrong direction after being let out of his crate. His foster mom ensures he follows her to avoid this. Casper needs to be crated when left alone and would thrive in a house since he doesn't have an "inside" voice. Being deaf, he isn't aware of how loud he is, often sounding like a mix between an elephant, a pterodactyl, and a screech owl.
