Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tessa was born outdoors. She showed up at a home in the country during the winter storm last Christmas with her mother and two siblings. The owners were kind enough to feed them and supplied a heated shelter to keep them warm. She was rescued at 5 months old and it has taken her time to be comfortable being indoors and with trusting people. Tessa has come a long way but she doesn't like to be picked up. She purrs loudly when being petted and you may hear her purring for no reason at all other than to show her happiness and contentment like her siblings.
Tessa is quite an active girl and she loves to play. Her favorites are chasing with the laser light, interaction with wand toys, or running around the house chasing or wrestling with one of her siblings, Trixie or Toby. During her downtime you will find her asleep in her cat tree or sitting in the windows watching the birds and squirrels.
Tessa would love to be adopted with one of her siblings, Trixie or Toby otherwise she would do best with another young active cat in the home to help her settle in and gain confidence.
Tessa is still shy at first with new people therefore she is looking for a patient adopter and one who is willing to give her the time it takes for her to settle in. Once comfortable you will see her true sweet personality. Tessa would do best with a single adopter or a quiet couple. She would not do well in a busy home or with children because of her initial shyness.
Tessa is now looking for her forever home where she can enjoy being petted, run and play and just be a carefree kitten.
If you are interested in adopting Tessa please contact her foster mom: Linda - lsadows@outlook.com
Tessa's adoption fee is $250.00 however the adoption fee would be reduced if you were interested in adopting her with one of her siblings.

We have not had any formal events yet, our cats are in our foster homes and that is where we usually have a meet and greet.

More about this rescue
We are a group of volunteers dedicated to helping the street cats in our region. Unfortunately many cats are just abandonded instead of being rehomed and have to fend for themselves. We provide food daily to known colonies, as well as shelter and if needed medical treatment. Many times the cats on the street are not feral at all and we will rehome them.
