My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

All she wants for Christmas is a home of her own. Can you help?
Meet Skylar! Skylar is about 9 months old, about 45#, and very playful! We have no clue as to her breed makeup and she is pretty much full grown. Skylar sat in a foster home for a couple months as a younger girl with not one single inquiry! They call it Black Dog Syndrome. Needless to say, Skylar missed out on some important socializing leaving her shy and insecure. We are working on that! Skylar is back in Georgia and attending doggie daycare a couple times a week and is already beginning to come out of her shell! Skylar is housebroken and is good with other dogs even cats! Skylar would love a family that would include her in their daily activities and help her grow more confident with patience and love. This sweet girl deserves the loving home I promised her when I pulled her as a pup from our local shelter!

More about this rescue

We are a small home foster based group dedicated to saving dogs, pups, & kitties from death's door at high kill shelters or other tenable situations and placing them in loving homes!

Our Mission:
To save adoptable animals from high kill shelters who wind up there through no fault of their own and face a terrible fate if rescue does not step in and interveneand also from other tenable situations! And then ultimately find these animals their most awesome loving forever homes by advocating them via social media, pet sites, word of mouth, and local adoption events!
