Cristobal – is an exceptionally easy-going kitty who is looking for a home and someone to love him forever. He is very comfortable around people and enjoys attention from all. He especially looks forward to spending snuggle time with volunteers that visit his house frequently. He also enjoys playing with the other cats and toys that dangle from a string. The Animal Refuge Center (ARC) of Fort Myers is a not for profit animal welfare society dedicated to stopping the escalating cost to impound, care for, kill and dispose of dogs and cats dying for no reason other than having been born. ARC is helping to cut the large numbers of homeless animals which eventually cuts the costs to taxpayers, which to date has reached over half a million dollars a year.

ARC is a non-euthanasia organization. Once we accept an animal for adoption, IT WILL NOT BE DESTROYED TO MAKE ROOM FOR ANOTHER. We are here to help the unwanted and neglected animals who now face certain death.
