Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE YOU RESPOND.
It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.
LYDIA MARTIN, her mom MELISSA MCALL and her 2 siblings (TRACY STEWART and ALLISON ARGENT) were rescued from the shelter. Rescue mama was at the shelter picking up kittens for one of her fosters when she saw ALLISON ARGENT and her family. They were so sickly looking. Needless to say, the rescue mama picked them all up. She could not leave them to their doom.
LYDIA MARTIN is your typical crazy kitten. She loves to be petted. When you pick her up, she will stay still and allow pets. Then she's off to play and play and eat something and then play again. She absolutely loves her wet food, She will need a young cat at home to play with. We will not do the adoption if no other young cat is in her current home.
LYDIA MARTIN is DOMESTIC SHORT-HAIR DILUTED CALICO MIX. She is about 7 months old and is good OK with cats. She actually gets along really well with her sister ALLISON ARGENT. She has never been around young children and she is very curious about dogs.
LYDIA MARTIN is currently at a foster home in Palm Springs, California.

DECEMBER 2023: VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.
Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is between 4 pm - 9 pm. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please call the PetSmart location, email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3 hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability.
The kitties at a foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below.
PETSMART
in Murrieta, California off Madison Avenue
in Hemet, California off Florida Avenue
in Palm Desert, California off Monterey Avenue
or any PETSMART near you!
The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the phone interview and home check have been done.. Gas donations always appreciated!
************ PLEASE NO CALLS. NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO TAKE CALLS *************
If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets.
Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.
We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out....be patient.
LYDIA MARTIN is ALREADY fully vetted.
The adoption fee of $200 covers:
Spay
FVRCP shots
RABIES shot
FELV/FIV test (Negative/Negative)
Drontal Dewormer
Stronghold Flea Control
Microchip
We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS.
If for some unfortunate reason you missed out on the kitten/cat you emailed about...I'm sure that we could help you with another rescue baby! Just ask!
