My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yuzu is a gorgeous chunky tortie who is approximately 3 years old. She is a very affectionate girl who absolutely adores people and turns into mush when getting attention. True to the tortie nature, she does have a little bit of sass and will sometimes put you in place, lol. While she does live in a multi cat household, she does not interact with the others but coexists peacefully with them.

Yuzu was rescued from the city shelter where she was brought after being found abandoned. She had already been spayed and eartipped.

She is UTD on her shots, tested negative for FELV and FIV, is microchipped and has been tested for every parasite known to man…

More about this rescue

Timber's Legacy is an all volunteer 501c3 based in Glendale, Queens NY that is trying to help decrease the number of homeless cats and the euthanasia rate in our nation through rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming.
As members in excellent standing with NYC's Animal Care and Control's New Hope Program, many of our cats come from their "At Risk" list. We also rescue friendly strays and sometimes owner surrenders. About 25% of our cats are special needs.
All of our cats receive the very best of veterinary care.
