The adoption fee for this dog is $400.

Norman is a sweet boy who needed a home with a fenced yard. His daddy passed away and family lived in an apartment that does not accept pets.

This dog is shy when first meeting folks and needs some time to warm up. With his shy personality he would be best in a home with adults only. He is warming up quickly and is a nice boy.

Except for needing a diet and mild separation anxiety we can find nothing wrong with Norman. He is a very cool dog like all standard sized dachshunds. He would do well with someone who was alone a lot like his last senior owner.

Norman likes other dogs and adults but we have not been able to test on cats so lets go with a no there.

He is crate trained and asking to go potty so he is an easy boy so far at the rescue.

He is still blooming in his personality but so far so cute and as we know more we will update this description if not adopted.

When in town no apartments, condos, town homes, or invisible fencing for this one or any hunting dogs we adopt. Thanks.
