Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Meet Maxwell, a 2-year-old energetic and affectionate lapdog who has spent over a year and a half at the shelter. This handsome boy is eager to learn and grow with the right family. He loves to jog next to our volunteers, often carrying a toy in his mouth, and is always ready for a game of catch.
Maxwell knows “sit” and is learning “stay” and “down.” Though he may pull on the leash at first, he quickly settles into a steady walk. He’s housebroken, vocal, and affectionately known as our “kissing bandit” for his love of showering people with attention.
Maxwell still has plenty of puppy energy and would thrive with consistent training and guidance. A meet-and-greet is a must with any kids or four-legged family members to ensure the perfect fit. Don’t let this vibrant, young dog spend another day in the shelter—he’s ready for his forever home! Maxwell is also available for foster or for a Paw Pass Adventure!
