My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Gaara’s 2nd Thanksgiving here and hopefully his last holiday without a family!

Approximately 1 year and 3 months ago, Gaara`s human mom passed away, his human dad lost everything, and he could no longer provide for Gaara. So, Gaara lost everything he loved, too...
Since then, Gaara has waited patiently and with the best manners to be chosen as an addition to a family. Sadly, time and time again, he has been overlooked and passed by.
Gaara`s ideal home would be one where he could be the only pet. He does not want to share the love and attention and we do not blame him! Imagine spending a little over a year without a loving family.

HE TRULY DESERVES TO BE THE ONLY PET AND TO BE SHOWERED WITH LOVE AND ATTENTION!! PLEASE HELP US FIND HIM A LOVING HOME!

Gaara A065549, 4-years, neutered male, Lab mix, 46lbs.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process consist of filling out an agreement document that specifies the adopter will have the adopted animal vaccinated for rabies and spayed/neutered as needed, within an appropriate time period. Currently the adoption fee is $50, but $40 of that comes back in the form of a voucher than can be used at local veterinarians for the rabies vaccination and/or spay/neuter procedure.

Go meet their pets
