My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Lilly is a 5 year old, spayed, female, mixed breed. We think that she has quite a bit of Chow in her. She is very timid and requires a quieter, calmer environment with preferably no other dogs. She loves treats and would do well with someone who has the time and ability to have one on one quality time to build a relationship with her. She is being re-homed due to owner not being able to continue to care for her, due to illness and was taken in by original owner's family member. In her new home, Lilly became aggressive, with the other dogs, due to being possessive, of the people, in the home, when they gave attention to animals other than herself. Lilly is currently taking anxiety medication and we are hoping to be able to ween her off of that as she continues to be in homes that are much more calm from her previous location.

We would love to find Lilly a forever home that can provide the special care and love that she requires.
