Otis is a sweetheart! He is happy go lucky and gets along with everybody (dogs and people). He has not been exposed to cats while he has been with us. As with most hounds he has a submissive personality until he gets to know you. He is up to date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped. He is hoping for a home with a fenced yard for playtime.
