My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cece is around a year old. She came to the rescue severely matted. She needed a complete shave down. Now that it is not painful for her to walk because her skin was being pulled she is coming out of her shell and running around playing with the other dogs. She also enjoys pets from her foster mom. She is still a little timid as she has not had a normal life up until now. She has never been inside of a home before so the sights, smells and sounds of a home startle her at times. She will need a family that will have patience with her and give her time to decompress.
