Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ben is a cute little poodle/bichon mix who's about 6 years old and weighs only 7 pounds. This tiny guy is full of personality and sometimes a little bit of an attitude. He's very affectionate with his person and gives gentle doggie kisses. Ben loves other dogs. He's nervous when meeting someone new but eventually warms up and enjoys the pets and attention.
Ben is NOT a fan of the groomer. When we got him he was very matted and unfortunately had to be shaved down. Kudos to our wonderful groomer considering Ben really was a challenge. It is clear this poor guy had some unpleasant experiences in the past.
Ben is a loving, devoted cuddle bug with his foster parents, now that he trusts and has bonded with them. Ben needs time and space and a patient owner who will allow him the time he needs to develop that trust. He needs an adult-only home.
If you are interested in meeting and possibly adopting Ben, the first step is to submit an adoption application. Please go to our website www.k9bestfriendsforever.com and click on "Adopt" which will take you to our online application form.
