My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Arabella, an all black, long haired, spayed female kitten. I have 3 other siblings, Chrissy, Janet , and Jacques. We are all adorable! We were born in May of 2023. I am playful, energetic, sweet, but I am a bit on the timid side. I am getting more brave the more attention foster Mom gives me and the more comfortable I get with my surroundings. Loud unexpected noises still scare me a bit. If you’re just patient, and don’t give me good places to hide…LOL, you will see I am a sweet girl. I would likely prefer a quieter home with a cat you may already have, or with one of my siblings if you are looking for a pair. I haven’t interacted with my foster Mom’s dog much but wouldn’t likely mind a dog that doesn’t want to chase me.

To adopt you must first complete an adoption application and meet the cat either virtually or in person in its foster home. We do not do same day adoptions so, generally, we can only adopt within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
