Avery was found as a 4 week old kitten living under a trailer and a kind neighbor took her in and called rescues locally for help.
Avery easily gets over stimulated with too much activity movement and noise- she needs a quiet home. No small children - she does enjoy being held and she purrs a lot. However, when she’s done, she’s done. And those who understand torties understand that Avery is a typical tortie. She’s very loving, very affectionate, but it is on her terms. We are looking to adopt her to someone who understands that it is not trying to change her. She will be OK with a dog who is super cat, savvy, and friendly and or a cat or two she will not do well in a household with a lot of animals.
