My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Junebug.

I am around 4-5 years old and am a bulldog or maybe a bulldog mix. My favorite activities are lounging, eating, and belly rubs!  Although I’m 65 pounds, I would love nothing more than to sit in your lap and stream your favorite show!  I love snuggles and would prefer to be the only dog in the home receiving them.  I’m a sweet, goofy girl that loves a routine.  At times,  I can get over-excited but I’m easily corrected. I can also be a little bossy so someone who has dog experience and can properly correct me would be good.  A home with adults only would be the ideal fit for me. I’ve been with Scouts Honor for a long while and truly deserve a forever home!

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

SHR will require an application and home visit for the adoption of any of our animals. The customary adoption fee is $150 for dogs $85 for cats.

Go meet their pets

Scout's Honor Rescue does not currently have its own facility to keep the animals in its adoption program. All animals in our program are fostered by individuals who keep the dog or cat at their residence until it is adopted. Consider opening your home to a dog or cat in need. You become the caregiver to a precious animal – their future is in your hands! It is incredibly rewarding to know that you have given that animal the two most precious gifts- Life and Love. For many of them, this is the first kind hand they have known.
