My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Minnie came to us after the Brazoria County Sheriff’s department asked if we could please help with the sweetest dog in their custody. Minnie is the most precious, sweetest lab/pointer mix girl. She is about 2 years old, surprisingly heartworm negative. She is a little timid right now but warms up quickly and wants to cuddle. She loves other dogs.

If you are interested in adopting this precious girl please complete the application at  www.scoutshonor.org.

Go meet their pets

Scout's Honor Rescue does not currently have its own facility to keep the animals in its adoption program. All animals in our program are fostered by individuals who keep the dog or cat at their residence until it is adopted. Consider opening your home to a dog or cat in need. You become the caregiver to a precious animal – their future is in your hands! It is incredibly rewarding to know that you have given that animal the two most precious gifts- Life and Love. For many of them, this is the first kind hand they have known.
