My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Leah and I’m a beautiful, young, healthy girl with a lot of potential.
(I don't climb fences,, but I can jump really high--so with some training I might make a great agility partner.)

I would enjoy a home with another dog to run and play with and I need an adopter who has a nice safely fenced yard and who would teach me lots of new things.

I am about two years old and I weigh about 35 lbs. The rescue group who saved me says they think I’m part Hound and part "Whats-It" (whatever THAT means -HA HA!). Your guess is as good as theirs, apparently. What do YOU think I"m mixed with? (Maybe I'm some kind of fancy "designer dog" mixed breed!)

Anyway, my adoption fee is $250 and I have been spayed, immunized, microchipped, and I have had (negative) heartworm tests done. So I’m all set to come home with you!

If you think you would be a good fit for me, please contact my foster “mom” at: sylvialovesme@gmail.com Then, if she agrees I might be the right dog for you, she will send you an adoption application and we can schedule a meet-and-greet along with a pre-adoption home visit.
