Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Barras. As you can see from my photo, I have such a sweet face. I am a male, not yet neutered (I will be neutered soon) approximately 1 year old. I weigh approximately 30 pounds and love being around my person. I love snuggling on the couch right next to my foster mom!

I have lots of energy and would prefer a fenced yard or a person who would like a running buddy. I’m learning about toys. My favorite thing is my kong filled with peanut butter. I know to go in my crate for meals, but I don’t like being left in my crate for long periods of time… I will howl for sympathy.

Also, I’m mostly potty trained but will have an occasional accident if my foster mom doesn’t get me out regularly. I’m learning to sit to have my leash put on and taken off. My foster mom says I’m a very smart boy!

I’m good with other dogs but really don’t like to share the affection I’m getting, however I do correct easily. I will play with my foster sister when she lets me, so another dog to play with might be fine. I’ve not been around kids but I think I’d like them… I like everybody!

My tail wags a mile a minute. I’m a very happy go lucky boy. I’ve not been around cats but I think I would probably chase them or be very interested. I am fascinated with everything outdoors. The most important thing to know about me is I’m a very happy boy when I’m with my person!
