Dixie is a sweet dog friendly and loving. She loves to play fetch
She came to rescue because her old owner decided to tie her to a tree and leave her.
Animal control found her with a note telling them her name.

When she meets a new man she shows fear and teeth a steady man will hold and wait a moment and she will open up and know she doesn't have to worry about being hurt anymore.
This response is concerning to someone at 1st but she is not aggressive she is affectionate and loving and needs a moment to process her fear.
