Here's what the humans have to say about me:
***Experienced adopter only as Bear does nip and is a bit protective of himself*** Bear is not altered***
Meet Bear, a brave senior soul who has endured more challenges in the past month than most do in a lifetime. Devastatingly, Bear lost his beloved mother, his anchor in this world, and was left behind, forgotten, in their home for two lonely weeks amidst the chaos. Though a caring relative stepped in, Bear’s heartache persisted as he was recently surrendered to our center. His world turned upside down, losing his home and the last trace of familiarity. This resilient 14-year-old is a testament to the strength of spirit, even amidst profound sadness. Understandably, Bear is wrestling with anxiety after these traumatic events, and we see his true nature hidden beneath his current unease. What Bear truly needs is an oasis of tranquility, a family whose gentle hearts can mend his shattered trust. His age tells a tale of wisdom and stories yet to share, and we believe that Bear’s twilight years should be adorned with the love he so richly deserves.
