Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Adopt me and Summer will last all year cos' that's my name. I am the last of my litter and I desperately want to find my own home after watching my siblings find theirs. I’m a 12 week old lab mix around 16lbs. I am ready to take on the world – will you be my sidekick? I'm super affectionate and playful, a typical happy puppy in every way. I LOVE attention - give me some loving and I’m yours forever!! I love everybody I meet – all people and dogs big and small, and just want to make them happy and be their friend. I am ready to learn manners and how to be that perfect dog. At just 12 weeks I can become the dog you want. Want to do agility? Or have a hiking partner? Or a snuggle bug? I can be all those and more! Ready and waiting for a family of my very own.....
All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kenneled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment and a health certificate for cross-state travel.
