1 ½ year old Toby is ready to find his forever home! He’s been with his foster family for the past 5 months learning how to be the best boy and is now adoptable! Toby is a Rottweiler and Hound Dog mix, which means he’s a big boy with a hounds beautiful singing voice! Toby has learned so much the past few months, he can still be a little hyper and jumpy when he’s excited and meeting new people, but he’s a very gentle boy. He started out as mouthy, but now he loves belly rubs, playing fetch with his favorite indestructible ball, and he sits nicely for treats. Toby has tons of energy and needs chewer toys to entertain himself, but his favorite thing is interacting with his people. He loves to play with other dogs, in fact, he thinks any dog he hasn’t met is just another best friend waiting to happen. His current favorite friend is a 15lb chihuahua mix who loves to play tug-o-war and do backyard zoomies. Toby has learned some basic commands and is completely house and crate trained. He is very strong on a leash and still needs some work there, but he is a very smart boy and learns quickly. He can be the perfect family dog if someone would just give him the chance.
