So Absolutely Handsome In Person...Meet Rusty!

Rusty is a 4/5 year old, Papillon/Spaniel mix that is about 12lbs of cuteness! Rusty was abandoned and dumped on the streets, but thankfully a kind person found him and got him to safety. They reached out to us and asked if we could take him into our foundation, and of course we said yes! Poor Rusty was full of fleas which we quickly treated, but other than that...he came in good condition! Rusty is a dog that probably did not get much affection, touch, and socialization...if any. We put him into our best foster home where he quickly became part of a pack and learned how to integrate. We do see he is not good with cats, but fine with all the dogs he meets. Rusty is a dog that takes time to warm up and feel comfortable, but once he does, he's all about the love! We would like to see Rusty in a home with another playful but sweet dog or he could be your one and only with owners who are not gone long hours during the day and will continue to socialize him. This little playful guy would love a home with a safe and secure yard that he could run around in. Owners that are dog savvy and ones that will give him the time, patience, and love he needs to acclimate and feel safe would be the best home for him and exactly what he needs!

Rusty is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

We only adopt in the Greater Los Angeles Areas as an in person meet/greet, home check, and trial period are required.

Rusty's adoption fee is $500.
