My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Quetzal is a beauty queen through and through, and demands to be doted on like a princess. From her cute rust colored nose, to the tip of her striped tail and all her many colored furs in between, this little lady demands nothing less than all the finest things this life has to offer. Quetzal enjoys surveying her kingdom and keeping an eye on the peasantry high above from her castle keep (ie the top of the stacked kennels), snacking on delicacies from around the world, and napping because you can never get enough beauty sleep. This pretty girl also loves flirting with the human members of her court and will stare at you with loving half-closed eyes or even give you slow I LOVE YOU blinks. She will never turn down a good petting session, but her trust must be earned as she doesn’t dote on just everyone who comes into her space. Quetzal has big feelings about the chaos that tiny humans and other pets bring into her life so she would do best in an environment with calm children and other pets, or adopted with her sister Kookaburra.
