As we are a 100%-volunteer organization, Romulus currently lives in a foster home. Romulus is very sweet but also very timid. He requires a secured fenced in yard! No small children! Romulus is available for adoption through Spirit Canine Rescue. To adopt Romulus, please visit our website http://www.spiritcaninerescue.org/adopt.html for more information and to complete an application. A home visit will be required prior to adoption. We request that all adopters be within reasonable traveling distance to Burlington NC ( no more than 2hrs) All dogs will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption and will also be up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations (rabies, distemper/parvo and bordatella).

* Our only obligation is to the dogs in our program and we reserve the right to determine whether a particular dog and the adopter are the right fit.Remember, just because a dog "looks" like the one you want, that does not necessarily mean that the dog will "behave" like the one you want!

Note: We don’t adopt out of state! Romulus requires a fenced in yard!
