My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Overview:
Say hello to Karl, an adorable 13-week-old Beagle/Dachshund mix with a heart as big as his floppy ears. Rescued from challenging circumstances, Karl is now eagerly awaiting the opportunity to find a loving forever home where he can share his playful spirit and boundless affection. With his playful nature and friendly disposition, he's sure to be a wonderful addition to any family.

Temperament:
Karl is a little bundle of joy, brimming with enthusiasm and playfulness. He has an infectious energy that will brighten up your home and bring smiles to the faces of everyone around him. Whether it's chasing after toys, frolicking in the backyard, or engaging in a game of fetch, Karl's playful antics will keep you entertained and uplifted.

His friendly and outgoing nature makes him a natural socialite among both dogs and kids. He's a social butterfly, and he'll make fast friends with everyone he meets, human or furry.

Interests and Activities:
Karl's love for water play is evident in his fondness for splashing around in a small pool. Whether it's a hot summer day or just for fun, he finds immense joy in cooling off and having a great time in the water. Providing him with a small pool in his new home will surely be a source of endless entertainment and fun for this water-loving pup.

His toy collection is his pride and joy. From squeaky toys to chew ropes, he'll happily play with a variety of toys, keeping himself occupied and mentally stimulated.

Ideal Home:
Karl is seeking an active and loving family who can match his playful energy. He'll thrive in a home with other dogs to interact with and children to share in his games and cuddles. He's great with kids and will be a fantastic playmate for little ones, fostering bonds that will last a lifetime.

A backyard or a safe outdoor area where he can play and explore to his heart's content will be ideal for this energetic pup.

Training and Socialization:
As a young and eager learner, Karl is open to positive reinforcement training. With patience and consistent guidance, he will quickly pick up commands and manners, making him an even more delightful companion. Continued socialization will nurture his friendly nature and help him become a well-adjusted and confident dog.

Health:
Karl is up-to-date on his vaccinations and has received proper medical care while at the rescue center. Regular vet check-ups, a balanced diet, and ample exercise will ensure he remains healthy and happy.
