Meet Arlo, the best lookin’ shotgun rider you’ll ever meet or need! This was right before Arlo’s freedom ride from Duplin County NC shelter and the appreciation in his eyes is palpable. This little seal pup look-a-like will steal your heart right when you meet him. He is shy at first, but after a few pets he pops right out of his shell.

Arlo is about 1-2 years old and is 37lbs of resilience and hope. He was rescued by animal services from a dismal, abused life where he was chained up outdoors and very underfed. You would never know Arlo’s sad past meeting him though—he is sweet and loves to give kisses.
