Cooper was surrendered by his owner when she knew she was not able to get his mange under control. He will be at the shelter until his mange has cleared and he has been neutered.

Cooper is getting better every day. He is a very sweet cuddly boy and loves to be near his people. He will bark when someone comes to the door, but only a few times then is quiet. He is very playful. We do not know his breed but at just 11 lbs, we can safely assume that he will be small to medium when full grown.
