Here's what we do know: Elmer has the potential to thrive in the right environment. We believe he needs a home with experienced owners, preferably adults, who are willing to provide the time and guidance necessary to help him become the best version of himself. The great news is that the cost of training will be covered by a dedicated rescue group, making it easier for you to embark on this journey together.
